**We kindly ask you to adhere to the agreed treatment times.
Changes to the treatment time are not possible up to 12 hours before the treatment. In such cases, the booked treatment is forfeited.
Being late for the treatment will be at the expense of the allotted treatment time.

Cancellation conditions

To book you need to pay 40% of the total sum via the on-line payment system. If you cancel the reservation or do not arrive to the complex in the planned day of arrival, we will keep the prepaid amount.
