* We are committed to providing our guests with a peaceful stay, so if any of you have any food allergies, intolerances or prefer specific diets (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.), please let us know in advance.

**We kindly ask you to adhere to the agreed treatment time.
The treatment time cannot be changed up to 12 hours before the treatment. In such a situation, the scheduled treatment is forfeited.
Being late for the treatment will be at the expense of the scheduled treatment time.

Cancellation conditions

To book you need to pay 40% of the total sum via the on-line payment system. If you cancel the reservation or do not arrive to the complex in the planned day of arrival, we will keep the prepaid amount.
