The exception was the nights when there was a security guard. But it is rather not his job to offer entertainment or check in guests. Unfortunately, no one offered us anything, even for a fee (workshops, etc.). We were not looking for cosmetic treatments. We waited 20 minutes for check-in at an empty reception, check-out similar waiting time. Although, as I wrote, there was some higher-ranking person bustling around who didn't pay attention to the fact that we were waiting and waiting. The receptionist came after some time, with coffee in her hand, and before she served me, she was running some errands with the woman who was already bustling around there, and only when she finished talking to her, did I hear a gracious "excuse me?" I don't know if the renovation work was carried out or if it was organized, but the workers were rearranging something, they were carrying some coils of cables. As for the pool, so what if it is open from the morning, if the saunas are turned on in the late afternoon and it coincides with renting the pool for lessons for children? Nothing from a sauna session combined with relaxation in silence, cooling down in the pool after warming up. Hence my dissatisfaction, because I was sold the idea of relaxation that was not true. I will add that at the breakfast on the weekend, there were not enough seats in the main room, so the lady from the staff reluctantly moved the chair blocking the other part of the room, showing us seats. It's just a pity that she didn't turn on the light and we were supposed to eat in the twilight. I understand that she wanted to avoid other people entering the room, but it came out poorly. I have worked many times at your weddings, hired by young people to prepare and the facility seemed perfect, beautiful. As an individual customer, I felt like a second-class customer.
On the one hand, an interesting facility, a beautiful location, and on the other hand, disappointment with the complete lack of atmosphere that was created from the description of the hotel's website. I was expecting to stay in a relaxing place in the hygge style, smelling of good cuisine, comfortable and cozy. Meanwhile, on the weekend there were wild crowds and special events, including a Sunday bonfire with rumbling disco polo all over the area and until late in the evening, and on weekdays emptiness, a sad atmosphere - no employee at the reception, renovation works, owners or other high-ranking employees, bustling around the facility, but they will not even say good morning (?!), as if an individual customer did not exist in the middle of the week. The swimming pool is the biggest plus of the facility, but when we wanted to use it in the middle of a rainy day, and there is nothing else to do there in such weather, it was rented exclusively for swimming lessons for children :/ You could only use saunas and jacuzzis (On weekdays there were no scented oils in the wellness area, and on the weekend it smelled good! Such details spoil the experience). Unfortunately, the kids were screaming, running around without control, and as part of their swimming lessons, they jumped on a bomb into the water, entered the jacuzzi, so there was no relaxation in the wellness area and a soothing view of the lake, and this is what tempted me to choose this hotel. Apparently the pool is available in the morning, but then the saunas are closed again. The restaurant is dark, there are places available in a sad basement, which is completely incomprehensible to us, because there is a room on the first floor with a view of the lake, but it is not used, the lights are off. The menu for vegans and vegetarians is ill-considered! In general, this menu shows that if someone doesn't eat meat, they mainly eat dumplings/noodles with cheese or beetroot, which they eat with cheese salad or wash down with beetroot soup. No seasonal menu, although everyone in the area has mushroom dishes. So we went to the competition to eat. The deplorable condition of the open-air museum and the construction of a mini zoo, the cleaning in the room was inaccurate, because there were leftovers of food from the previous tenant between the wardrobe and the desk. The price for the dog's stay is absurd, since the facility does not prepare a bed and bowls in it. But a very nice receptionist in blonde hair (because the one in dark hair was no hospitality). A friendly chef wandering around the resort. The lady at breakfast as well. We are unlikely to come back.
Aktualizacja: Za każdym razem przechodząc przez lobby nikogo nie było, była tabliczka z nr telefonu, by dzwonić, gdy nikogo nie ma na recepcji (nie bez powodu hotel taką tabliczkę ma ;)). Wyjątkiem były noce, gdy był ochroniarz. Ale raczej nie jest jego zadaniem proponować rozrywki czy meldować gości. Niestety, nikt nam nic nie proponował nawet odpłatnie (warsztatów itd.). Zabiegów kosmetycznych nie szukaliśmy. Na meldunek czekaliśmy 20 minut przy pustej recepcji, wymeldowanie podobny czas oczekiwania. Choć jak pisałam, krzątała się tam jakaś wyżej postawiona osoba, która nie zwróciła uwagi, na to, że czekamy i czekamy. Recepcjonistka przyszła po jakimś czasie, z kawą w ręce i zanim mnie obsłużyła, jakieś sprawy załatwiała z tą kobietą, która już tam się krzątała i dopiero, gdy z nią skończyła rozmawiać, to łaskawe "słucham?" usłyszałam. Nie wiem czy remontowe prace były prowadzone czy organizacyjne, ale pracownicy coś przestawiali, jakieś zwoje kabli nosili. Co do basenu, to co z tego, że czynny jest od rana, skoro sauny są późnym popołudniem włączane i zgrywa się to z wynajęciem basenu na lekcje dla dzieci? Nici z seansu w saunie w połączeniu z odpoczynkiem w ciszy, schłodzeniem się w basenie po wygrzaniu. Stąd moje niezadowolenie, bo sprzedano mi wyobrażenie relaksu niezgodnego z prawdą. Dodam, że na śniadaniu w weekend, zabrakło miejsc na głównej sali, więc Pani z obsługi niechętnie odsunęła blokujące drugą część sali krzesło, wskazując nam miejsca. Szkoda tylko, że nie zapaliła nam światła i w półmroku mieliśmy jeść. Rozumiem, że chciała uniknąć wchodzenia innych osób na salę, ale wyszło słabo. Wiele razy pracowałam na ślubach u Was, zatrudniona przez młodych do przygotowań i obiekt wydawał się idealny, piękny. Jako klient indywidualny poczułam się jak klient drugiej kategorii.
Z jednej strony ciekawy obiekt, piękna lokalizacja, a z drugiej rozczarowanie kompletnym brakiem klimatu, jaki kreował się z opisu strony hotelu. Oczekiwałam pobytu w relaksującym miejscu w stylu hygge, pachnącego dobrą kuchnią, komfortowego i przytulnego. Tymczasem w weekend były dzikie tłumy i imprezy okolicznościowe, łącznie z niedzielnym ogniskiem z dudniącym disco polo na cały teren i to do późnego wieczora, a w dni robocze pustki, smętna atmosfera - brak pracownika na recepcji, prace remontowe, właściciele lub inni wysoko postawieni pracownicy, krzątający się po obiekcie, ale nawet dzień dobry nie powiedzą (?!), jakby klient indywidualny w środku tygodnia nie istniał. Basen to największy plus obiektu, ale kiedy chcieliśmy skorzystać w środku deszczowego dnia, a nie ma tam nic innego do roboty w taką pogodę, był wynajęty na wyłączność na lekcje pływania dla dzieci :/ Można było skorzystać jedynie z saun i jacuzzi (W dni robocze brak zapachowych olejków w strefie wellness, a w weekend ładnie pachniało! Takie detale psują wrażenia). Niestety, dzieciaki krzyczały, biegały bez kontroli, a w ramach nauki pływania skakały na bombę do wody, wchodziły do jacuzzi, więc nici z relaksu w strefie wellness i kojącego widoku na jezioro, a to właśnie skusiło mnie do wyboru tego hotelu. Niby rano basen dostępny, ale wtedy nieczynne są znów sauny. Restauracja ciemna, dostępne miejsca w smutnej piwnicy, co jest kompletnie niezrozumiałe dla nas, bo na piętrze jest sala z widokiem na jezioro, ale nie jest używana, światła są zgaszone. Menu dla wegan i wegetarian nieprzemyślane! Ogólnie wynika z tego menu, że jak ktoś nie je mięsa, to je głównie pierogi/kluski z serem lub burakiem, które zagryza sałatką z serem lub popija zupą z buraka. Brak menu sezonowego, choć wszyscy w okolicy mają dania z grzybami. Jeździliśmy więc do konkurencji jeść. Opłakany stan skansenu i zabudowa mini zoo, w pokoju sprzątanie niedokładne, bo były resztki jedzenia po poprzednim lokatorze między szafą, a biurkiem. Cena za pobyt psa absurdalna, skoro obiekt nie przygotowuje w niej posłania i misek. Za to bardzo miła recepcjonistka w blond włosach (bo ta w ciemnych zero gościnności). Snujący się po ośrodku szef kuchni sympatyczny. Pani na śniadaniach również. Raczej nie wrócimy.
