**We kindly ask you to adhere to the scheduled treatment time.
It is not possible to change the treatment time within 12 hours before the treatment. In such cases, the scheduled treatment is canceled.
Being late for the treatment occurs at the cost of the scheduled treatment time.

Cancellation conditions

To book you need to pay 40% of the total sum via the on-line payment system. If you cancel the reservation or do not arrive to the complex in the planned day of arrival, we will keep the prepaid amount.
