* We are committed to providing a peaceful stay for our Guests, so if anyone has any food allergies, intolerances, or prefers certain diets (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.), please inform us in advance.

**We kindly ask you to adhere to the scheduled treatment time.
The treatment time cannot be changed up to 12 hours before the treatment. In such a case, the scheduled treatment is forfeited.
Being late for the treatment will be deducted from the scheduled treatment time.

Cancellation conditions

To book you need to pay 40% of the total sum via the on-line payment system. If you cancel the reservation or do not arrive to the complex in the planned day of arrival, we will keep the prepaid amount.
